Let me take you back to 2019. I was in a really tough spot mentally. Overweight (arguably obese), constantly battling pain, and feeling out of shape. I was staring down the barrel of pre-diabetes in my early 40s, and I knew something had to change.

We’ve all heard the story: "Getting old sucks." We’re supposed to slow down, lose strength, and vitality. It’s just part of the deal, right?

But here’s the thing: It doesn’t have to be.

Fast forward to today. I’m in my late 40s, and I’m in the best shape of my life. I weigh less than I did in high school, and more importantly, I feel better than I did in my 20’s. The chronic pain? GONE … Pre-diabetes? GONE!
